Shubham ji
Traditional Hatha Teacher
Influenced by my Indian heritage and traditional upbringing, I have always felt a profound connection to the spirit of yoga. Growing up in Rishikesh, surrounded by the traditions of Hinduism and the rhythm of daily spiritual rituals, I developed an early affinity for the contemplative side of life. I officially stepped onto the path of yoga at the age of 15. Having spent my childhood observing the positive influence of yoga on those around me, I was inspired to begin my own practice. I soon discovered the transformative power of this discipline and the immense physical and mental strength it brought into my life.
